Ride Rite Garage is a family-owned and operated auto repair shop that has provided high-quality auto repair and maintenance services for 15 years.
Do you offer a warranty for repairs?
Ride Rite Garage (RRG) offers a 12-month/12,000-mile labor warranty with restrictions. Parts warranty may differ by manufacturer. RRG is not bound by any manufacturer warranty guidelines. There is no warranty for diagnosis only, and it is non-transferable. Warranty work should be done at Ride Rite Garage. Call us before accepting repairs outside of a 50-mile radius to avoid voiding the warranty. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged to secure the amount of repairs.
Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?
Yes, Ride Rite offers after-hours drop-off for those who work during our open hours. Let us know when to expect your vehicle, then leave the keys in the safe deposit box by the office door on the east side of the building.
Do you offer pick-up services?
Yes! Ride Ride can pick you and/or your vehicle up from your home or work within a 20-mile radius of Grant. Further away and still need assistance? Call us to discuss options!
Will you update me on my repair progress?
Our service advisers will offer updates with repairs or changes to repair plans as necessary. You can also text the shop for a brief update.
I broke down on the side of the road. Can you help me?
Ride Rite Garage has a roadside tire vehicle for roadside emergencies involving your tires. If the repair goes beyond tires, we can get you towed to the shop within a 10-mile radius. Beyond this radius, we will connect you with a local tow company who can get your vehicle to our shop.
Do you have Wifi?
You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, coffee, and water in our waiting room.
Is the shop kid-friendly?
Ride Rite Garage has a comfortable, relaxing, child-friendly customer waiting room for short family visits while arranging your car care.
Do you repair trucks?
Yes, Ride Rite Garage repairs pick-up trucks of all sizes, makes, and models, including grain trucks. Unfortunately, we do not repair semi-trucks/tractor-trailers.
Do you repair diesels?
Yes, Ride Rite Garage has several diesel mechanics who provide all diesel services and repairs, including grain trucks. Unfortunately, we do not repair semi-trucks/tractor-trailers.
Do you repair classic cars and carbureted motors?
Yes, Ride Rite LOVES to repair older makes and models, including classic cars and carbureted engines.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Ride-Rite Garage accepts cash, local checks, debit, and credit cards. We are considering adding electronic payment methods in the future. Check with our service advisers for this option.
Do you accept payment plans for repairs?
Currently, we do not offer traditional payment plans for repairs. However, we offer pre-payment plans to spread repair costs over a more extended period, with the final payment occurring at vehicle pick-up.
Can I text you?
Yes! You can text us for reminders, questions, updates, payment links, etc. These messages occur after you have created an appointment with us.
Can I pay online?
Yes, please ask one of our service advisers or send us a text to receive a secure link to pay for your auto repairs.
Do you send reminders?
Our appointment software service will send automatic reminders of your upcoming appointments.
Do you offer oil changes?
Yes, Ride Rite offers comprehensive services, including oil changes.
Do you offer alignments?
Yes! Ride Rite has a dedicated alignment service tech with focused training
Do you sell tires?
Ride Rite Garage provides full tire service, including tire repairs, new tires, and balancing. We also offer tire services for semi-trucks/tractor-trailers.
Do you perform body repair?
Ride Rite Garage does not offer body repairs, but we can refer you to one of our local partners.
Do you install or repair windshields?
No, RRG does not install windshields, but we have a local partner we can refer you to. We can have our partner install the windshield while we are performing other repairs.
Can you do factory warranty work?
No, RRG cannot do factory warranty work, but we are able and willing to work with aftermarket warranties. If you bring us a vehicle that is covered under a factory warranty, we will let you know ASAP, so you can get it to a dealer and save you and your family money.
Do you repair farm equipment?
Ride-Rite Garage can repair some farm implements; however, please call our office to confirm we can help with your needs. We offer grain truck repairs, and our mobile tire unit can do in-field tire repairs and replacements.
